Sr. Network Engineer, Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science with 2 years’ experience; Install, troubleshoot, & configure Cisco Nexus 9k, 7k & 5k series, Cisco ASR 1k, 9k series, Juniper Routers MX960 & MX480 series for enterprise networks; Install, troubleshoot, & configure Firewalls like Cisco ASA, Firepower & Firewall Management Center & Juniper Firewalls such as SRX240 & SRX550 series; Lead & manage network engineers in migration projects, migrating existing VM’s & Bare Metal servers to Cisco ACI Infrastructure for both Internal and secure workloads (Protected & DMZ environment); Configure, troubleshoot & setup SLB & GSLB technologies using VIPs, SSL Offload, Content Switching, Headers, Policies, PBR, Session Profiles/Policies on Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer (ADC VPX & SDX); Lead virtual networks & Private Network implementations including creating L3outs for routing traffic, Contracts & Filters for ACI applications; Lead & mentor associates on pre-migration validation efforts for Firepower [FTD and FMC] during secure workload ACI migration projects; Manage all network hardware inventory, hardware management & network monitoring by using SSH, Syslog, SNMP & NTP technologies; Manage & monitor network traffic and issues using tools like Nexus Dashboard insights, NAE, ThousandEyes, Splunk, ScienceLogic, SolarWinds & packet capture tools like Wireshark; Manage & migrate firewall rules from Cisco ASA to Palo Alto and Checkpoint Firewalls; Experience with network functions such as DHCP, DNS, AD, WINS and design, administer solutions and troubleshoot problems related to network operations; Design, configure, implement, and manage Networking Protocols technologies like TCP/IP, UDP, POP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, telnet; Implement & configure Access Lists for allowing/blocking traffic on platform 3 openStack environment & provision nova servers and ceph storage. Position: Data Science Architect
Design, implement and support infrastructure to integrate multiple machine learning applications using diverse technical stacks such as google cloud platform, python ( %) . Perform architectural design and integration for complex, cross-functional applications. ( %) Meet with various teams across organization at all levels to receive requirements, design technical approaches and develop solutions ( %). Perform application architecture designs and automations / reviews / consulting as needed ( %). Design and develop automations at various levels to avoid manual work and improve the efficiency of workflow ( %) . Develop application solutions and enhancements that meet user requirements. Perform scalability, test the code/applications in various environments and schedule them in production related environment. ( %) . Define and document application workflows, specifications, prepare code samples and mentor team members, helping to resolve problems and bottlenecks as they are identified ( %). Education and Experience:
Requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in utilizing Python, SQL, GCP ( google cloud platform), tableau .
